PrepForge — Privacy Policy

PrepForge (“PrepForge”, “we”, “our”, or the “App”) is a study application for competitive-exam aspirants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using PrepForge you agree to this policy.

We do not collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, advertising identifiers, health data, or financial/payment data. PrepForge contains no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Your data is shared only with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the App, and where we are required to do so by law.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing candysofthelp@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days of your request. Anonymous guest data is not tied to a personal identifier and is removed when the guest session ends or the app is uninstalled.

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access to stored data is restricted by Firebase security rules, so each user can read and write only their own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children’s privacy

PrepForge is intended for competitive-exam aspirants (generally 16 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at candysofthelp@gmail.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated in the App where appropriate.
